"Jack Whitehead: The Pandle Pro"
This software is pretty great, and Jack Whitehead has been a huge help for me. I definitely suggest teaming up with him; he's one of the finest bookkeepers I've come across.

"Thrilled with the Support!"
I'm really thrilled with the support! Sophie was incredibly helpful regarding the PayPal setup with the software. The chat remained open to tackle any additional questions, and they were addressed quickly and professionally. I'm glad I went with Pandle.

"Great Customer Support"
Once again, I'm giving it 5 stars. Sophie assisted me with an issue, and when I had more questions, she got back to me super fast. I always suggest Pandle whenever I can. By the way, this review is from 2023, but for some odd reason, this software keeps saying it's 2022!!

"Been a Pandle user for quite a while..."
I've been a Pandle user for quite a while now, and the online support through messaging is consistently top-notch and prompt. It's not often I run into problems, but I did today and got fantastic assistance from Beth. It took under an hour from my first message to getting everything sorted out. Much appreciated! "Two Years with Pandle and Loving It!"
For the past two years, I've been using Pandle and I totally suggest it for any small biz. It's super user-friendly and quite budget-friendly. The standout feature has got to be the customer support; they're quick to respond and you can reach them easily through chat.

After facing numerous troubles with invoicing via QuickBooks, I decided to explore other options. Pandle came highly recommended, and even though I wasn't familiar with it, I found it offers way more than similar platforms, all at a much lower cost.

"Just started with Pandle and it's been decent..."
I’ve just begun using Pandle, and up to now, my experience has been pretty solid. There are a couple of oddities, and some features work a bit differently than what I’m used to from other programs. A few of the functions aren’t super clear at first. However, once you wrap your mind around it, it’s quite user-friendly. The customer service is excellent - big thanks to Jennifer for her assistance!

I was having a tough time figuring out how to include postage on an invoice since the usual options are just Sales and Interest. Georgia provided a clear solution; she suggested creating a new Sales category that I named Postage Cost Claimed.

"Great beginning to my Pandle experience"
I'm just diving in, and even though it's taking a bit to adjust, it has all the features I require. The online chat may not be immediate, but it's prompt, and Georgia was super efficient and really helpful. Overall, a solid start to my Pandle experience.
